Six years ago I couldn't run for two minutes.
In July 2024 I finished a Double Ironman and stood on the podium. I'm Kristine and I'll help you start your own incredible transformation.
What happened feels like a miracle, but during these 6 years I have mastered the system behind a lasting transformation.
If I could, you can too.

The garden
In 2017 I tragically lost my father and several other members of my family on the same day.
I was already carrying too much. A daughter, a company, and not enough hours. But this was the breaking point. After that I started eating in a way I now understand was building a wall between me and the world. I reached 101 kilos (222,6 pounds).
One spring afternoon in 2020 my daughter, nine years old, asked me to play catch in the garden. I couldn't run for two minutes. I had to sit down. I couldn't get my breath back and everything hurt. She laughed, the way a small child laughs, with no idea what she was looking at.
I remember thinking very clearly: I want to be able to play with her. I want to be strong for her. I can't go on like this.
That was six years ago...
If someone showed me then how I will look, how alive I will feel, how active I will be and how much I will accomplish during the next few years, I would absolutely think this was some kind of an evil joke to make me feel even worse.
But now I can honestly say: I belive in miracles! And I believe people's ability to completely transform their lives & themselves.
If I could, you can.

What happened next
I didn't start with a transformation. I started with 1 good meal. 1 walk. Then a few hours of training per week. Slowly building my miracle.
September 2020 — 101 kg. Couldn't run two minutes.

August 2022 — first Ironman triathlon 70.3, in Tallinn.

August 2023 — full Ironman triathlon Tallinn, 140.6 miles.

July 2024 — Double Ironman triathlon in Lensahn, Germany. That is: 7.6 km swim, 360 km bike, 84.5 km run done consecutively with no pauses.Third woman across the line, and the first woman from Latvia ever to finish a Double.

Since then: a 107 km ultra starting at midnight on my birthday, a 100 km ski marathon, a winter marathon in Estonia, a gravel triathlon in Girona and so many more incredible adventures.
I now weigh 65 kilos/143 pounds (I am 175 cm tall). But the weight is the least interesting part of this.
I have had the most amazing 6 years with my daughter – travelling, playing, running and just living.
At 41 I feel and look so much better than in my 30s. And this is just the beginning.
What I'm not promising
I'm not a super fast sprinter. I've never been fast. I'm an average athlete with an ultra mindset and a clear system.
So I won't promise you a podium or a shortcut. There's no plan that makes this quick. It takes time and it takes work.
What I will tell you is that your amazing transformation is more possible than you think, and that it can actually be fun & sustainable for life.
What I'm promising
- A body strong enough to be active & enjoy your life however you want.
- Better health, measured in how you feel at the end of an ordinary day.
- A smile on your face when you look in a mirror and see how good you look & feel.
- A finish line, if you want one. Any distance. Your choice.
- A life that is more your own than the one you have now.
- A confidence that transcends training and food choices. You fill find yourself completing tasks that you previously procrastinated for years.
I did this while running a company, raising my daughter, and training around knee and hip problems that have never gone away. I'm not an example of good genetics. I'm an example of the immense power of starting.
Who this isn't for
If you're chasing a world championship slot or a podium in every competion or want to lose 30 kg/66 pounds in 2 weeks, I'm the wrong person and I'll tell you so honestly.
Who this is for
You're at the beginning. Maybe you haven't started at all.
You might be carrying more weight than you want, or grief, or a job that eats up the last bit of evergy and motivation you have.
You feel tired and unmotivated. The idea of wearing beautiful clothes and taking a photo you are actually proud of feels very far from the truth. You might be a parent who can't picture where the hours would come from. You might have looked at a 5 k race, a half-marathon, a tough but beautiful trail walk or a triathlon and decided it was for other people.
That was exactly me in September 2020.
The session
One conversation, ninety minutes, online.
We go through where you actually are right now, what's genuinely in your way, and what a realistic first season looks like for someone with your life and your hours.
Afterwards you get:
- A written plan for your first 8 to 12 weeks, built for the time you actually have, not the time a training book assumes.
- Honest guidance on what to buy and what to ignore. Most of it you can ignore.
- A follow-up message from me a month later to see how it's going and adjust.
€175.
I take a small number of these each month, because I do them myself and I have a company and a nine-year-old.
